A Donation Drive to Benefit the Tyrone Township Historical Society & the Community!
Ready for spring cleaning? Don’t put yourself through the hassle of hosting a garage sale. Save those items and make them go the extra mile right here in our own community!
How? Bring gently used clothing, handbags, shoes, small home goods, and decor to donate at Pioneer Day! Community Threads of Fenton will eagerly accept your donations in person at the event and in turn, make a monetary contribution to the Historical Society to help move our Town House! Childrens, mens, & womens items welcome!
Collect items to donate, save yourself the hassle, and help us preserve local history.

General Store
After the successful move of our Historic Town House in 1975, the community celebrated with an authentic General Store and antique show.
As we work toward funding the move of our treasured building once again, Pioneer Day will feature a “General Store” once again!

Activities for Children
Our goal is for Pioneer Day to be a fun, family-friendly, memorable event that connects residents young, old, and in between to our roots. We’ve put together quite a roster of exciting activities for children including:
Face Painting, Tin Punching, Weaving, Braiding, Candle Making, Old Fashioned Games, Penny Candy, Bonnets & Caps, Corn Husk Dolls & more!The Cromaine Library will visit from 10a-12p for Story Time and crafts.

We are thrilled to bring Pionner Day to Tyrone Township for the community and surrounding areas to enjoy. As you can see, we have many exciting things planned for this day. It will be a celebration rooted in the past that we won't soon forget.
